1. Keep trying over VIP*, but you may take and fill out a "Request to be added to a Closed Section" form from the Math Department, 651 PGH. NOTE: Make sure you have enough hours to satisfy any personal or financial aid requirements before VIP closes, because you are not guaranteed a seat in any closed section. You may request to be dropped from another class pending your addition to a closed Math section.
2. After VIP closes, (August 30 for Fall 2003) if you were not yet able to enroll in the course, bring your "Request" to 651 PGH the next business day (September 2). We will only accept requests for 3-5 days. Requests will be handled in the order received, with preference given to graduating seniors.
3. A decision will usually be made within 3-7 class days. You will not receive any notification on the status of your request, so keep checking VIP to see if you have been added.
