The existence of equiangular Parseval frames is known to be equivalent to the existence of Seidel signature matrices. Others have studied this connection and I will start by summarizing some previously known results and constructions of such frames. We then discuss some new results for signature matrices and explore a subsequent algorithm which allows us to look for possible frames. These ideas are based on joint work with Bernhard Bodmann.
