Real Equiangular Tight Frames

February 15, 2008
3pm, 646 PGH

Abstract

A frame {f1, f2, ... fM} for a finite dimensional Hilbert space H is called an equiangular tight frame if the vectors are unit norm, span the space and there is a constant c so that for all pairs {m,n} in the index set we have |< fm,fn>|=c. We present a detailed study of this class of frames for real Hilbert spaces and some recent results.
