A C*-subalgebra of B(H) is called a Sigma*-algebra if it is closed under limits of weak*-convergent sequences. We study an appropriate class of Hilbert C*-modules over these algebras and discuss results analogous to those in the basic theory of C*-modules, W*-modules, and Morita equivalence. Time permitting, we will also discuss connections to the operator space viewpoint of C*-modules.
