For the year 2008, the price per volume ( Vol. 34, four issues) is $130; outside the United States it is $145, and includes shipping by Airmail. This rate has been unchanged since 2004.

Publication Dates: End of March, June, September and December. Electronic editions are posted about six to eight weeks earlier.

Internet Access: All previously published issues from Vol. 1 (1975) on are available on this site. Access is unrestricted for subscribers of the electronic edition.
There is a onetime only registration fee of $10, but otherwise this is a free service for subscribing institutions.

In order to obtain electronic access, current institutional subscribers should download the License and Copyright Agreement Form and return it with a check in the amount of $10, made payable to University of Houston.
You can also go through your subscription service, if you prefer.
The right to electronic access ceases with cancellation of an institutional subscription, and registered institutions are required to inform the Managing Editor about cancellations in order to have their access numbers removed.

The whole volume Vol. 24, 1998 with bookmarks and an annual index that is linked to the individual papers can also be downloaded for free. Unless you have a very fast internet connection it may take some time (a few minutes for US Universities ) to download the 800 pages. To download the zip file for Vol. 24, 1998 is somewhat faster.
