ACCOMMODATIONS A limited number of rooms are available at the Hilton Hotel (713-741-2447) at $90/night. A larger block of rooms are reserved at the Best Western Hotel (713-528-6161) at $69/night. (Transportation from the Best Western to the University of Houston is best done by private car.)
Participants should make their own hotel reservations. Please mention Coupled 60, University of Houston when making reservations.

POSTER SESSION There will be a poster session with desserts on Thursday evening 8-10pm.

TRAVEL GRANTS Limited funds are available for PhD students and postdocs within two years of PhD. Apply before December 1, 2004 for full consideration.

SPECIAL EVENTS Tickets must be purchased in advance.

• Friday night at the Houston Grand Opera. Some Grand Tier tickets for Il Trovatore are reserved

• Saturday evening banquet at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. A guided tour of the museum's world class gem and mineral collection is included. Five speakers (indicated by (*)) will be celebrating their 60th birthday in 2005; the banquet will be part of this celebration.
