Abstract:
Since 2000, there has been a growing interest in the study of metamaterials across many disciplinaries. In this talk, I'll present some time-domain finite element methods recently developed for solving time-dependent Maxwell's equations in metamaterials. Some numerical results and open issues will be discussed.
