Great Plains Operator Theory Symposium
May 30 -- June 3, 2012 at the University of Houston




DESCRIPTION: The Department of Mathematics at University of Houston will host the 32nd annual Great Plains Operator Theory Symposium. The symposium is generously supported by the National Science Foundation and the Department of Mathematics at the University of Houston. It will consist of a five-day conference on topics in Operator Algebras and Operator Theory that will feature both invited speakers and contributed talks. This conference is supported in part by the Institute for Mathematics and its Applications (IMA) through its Participating Institution (PI) Program. PI members may use IMA/PI funds to support personnel’s travel to this conference. If you are at an IMA participating institution, here are directions on how to request IMA funds for reimbursement.
