• Do Exercises on p. 187/188: 4 a,b; 7; 8 (without the Matlab part) fill in the details of the proof, using uniform continuity of the given function f on [0,1], the properties of f_n and, if needed, the First Mean Value Theorem for Integration (consider the special case with φ (t)=1 in this reference)


• Do Exercise on p. 232: 11 (no need for a computer algebra system, just re-express the derivation on p. 236/237 in terms of z instead of ξ).
