Participants desiring one of these rooms should make their wish known to us, and MUST notify us of any subsequent change of plans, ON or BEFORE Thursday, January 26, 2006. If you wish to apply for support to cover lodging expenses, please request support on the registration form. If your request for support is approved, we will pay your hotel bill (nightly rate and applicable taxes) directly. If you are not planning to apply for support, then we will make your hotel reservation for you at the $99/night discounted rate, and send you a confirmation number. Non-supported participants must provide the hotel with a personal credit card number to guarantee the room.
