Ten settling disks in a FENE-CR type fluid: L=2

Ten sedimenting disks form several stable chains of 2 particles after drafting, kissing and chaining, which is different
from the disks settling in Newtonian fluid. In the FENE-CR model, the polymer extension limit is set to be L=2 in the function
f(C)=L*L/(L*L-tr(C)) where C is the conformation tensor.
- The dimension of computational domain = (0,1)x(0,16) initially,
then it moves vertically with the center of the lowest disk.
