Description

This is a seminar that I am running due to the fact many students are interested in learning Functional Analysis, but the department is not offering the Functional Analysis sequence Math 7320--7321 this year.

In the fall semester, I will cover the same material I usually do when I teach Math 7320. Because this is a seminar, and not an actual class, you cannot get Math 7320 credit for participating. (Likewise, I get no credit for teaching it.) However, if you want to enroll in a Masters Tutorial or Independent Study and have your attendance in the seminar count towards credit for that, please come talk to me.

Attendance: 15 students regularly attending.
