The Mathematics Genealogy Project is a database recording the "academic genealogy" of mathematicians; that is, the lineage of students and advisors for individuals who have earned Ph.D.s in mathematics.

My academic genealogy is listed below (listing years that Ph.D.s were granted and moving from advisor to student as one goes down). I also created a graph of my mathematical genealogy using the now defunct "geneagrapher" software package.

To check out your own mathematical genealogy, go to the Mathematics Genealogy Project.
