Registration procedure
All participants, session chairs, panel speakers,... must complete
the enclosed registration form.
Registration fees
The fee rates are listed on the enclosed registration form.
All rates are in French currency and include a 20.6% VAT.
Conference registration fee covers:
- Admission to all conference sessions,
- Conference book published by J. Wiley & Sons,
- Lunches,
- Refreshments during breaks,
- Welcome drink at the City Hall,
- Gala dinner at Amboise Castle.
One day registration
One day registration is made available for those who could not attend the full
event.
One day registration fee covers:
- Admission to the conference,
- Conference book published by J. Wiley & Sons,
- Lunch,
- Refreshments during breaks.
Special student rate
The special student rate covers:
- Admission to all conference sessions,
- Lunches,
- Refreshments during breaks.
The book of the conference is not included in the fees. Students must be full
time students and the student's application must be accompanied by a copy of
the 1997 student id card.
Payment
Payment is to be made in French currency, without charges to the organizers.
- by order form: purchase orders should be enclosed with the registration
form.
- by check: payment by check should be made payable to the Agent Comptable of INRIA,
and enclosed with the registration form.
