About me:

I am currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Houston. Prior to this position, I obtained my PhD in Mathematics from Ecole normale supérieure de Cachan in 2013 under the supervision of Pr. Alain Trouvé , worked as a post-doctoral researcher at University of Copenhagen in Denmark and was an Assistant Professor at the Applied Mathematics and Statistics department at Johns Hopkins University from 2015 to 2023.

My main research interests are in morphological shape analysis and geometric methods for applications to medical imaging and computational anatomy. Specifically, I am interested in mathematical and numerical models for the representation, registration and statistical analysis of geometric structures occuring in the anatomy and in biology.

I am grateful to the National Science Foundation for their continued support of my work, including the NSF DMS-1945224 CAREER award.
